Booking Conditions
1. Booking
A booking is only considered confirmed once it has been approved by us in writing (e.g. via email).
2. Prices
Prices depend on the requested travel period and will be confirmed individually.
3. Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid within 7 days after booking confirmation. Bank details will be provided together with the booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival. The final cleaning fee is also payable on-site in cash.
4. Security Deposit
A security deposit of €150 is required upon arrival.
It will be fully refunded after departure, provided no damage has occurred.
5. Cancellation Policy
Up to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
Up to 14 days before arrival: 80% of the total price
Less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the total price
In the event of cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to re-rent the property. If the cancelled period is rebooked in full or in part, the income generated will be deducted from the cancellation fees.
This means:
Any payments already made will be refunded to the extent that the property is successfully re-rented, ensuring that no double payment occurs for the same period.
6. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in and check-out times are arranged individually.
7. Use of Property & Number of Guests
The property may only be used by the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. Occupancy exceeding the agreed number of guests is strictly not permitted.
In case of violation, we reserve the right to refuse additional guests or terminate the rental agreement without notice.
In such cases, no refund will be granted.
8. Liability
The tenant agrees to treat the property and its contents with care. The tenant is liable for any damage caused during the stay by themselves, accompanying persons, or visitors, in accordance with applicable laws. Normal wear and tear resulting from proper use is excluded. Any damage must be reported immediately.
